Return & Damage Policy
Thank you for shopping with Visioned! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your items, we're here to help.
Returns:
You can return items within 14 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
Refunds:
We offer a full refund on any item that meets the return criteria, provided the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
To process the refund, the item must be sent back to us. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We offer a free repair of the garment if it is damaged but not beyond repair, or a full refund if the item cannot be repaired.
You will be required to return the item before we can issue a refund or begin the repair process.
How to Return or Report a Damaged Item:

Once we receive your email, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back for a refund, exchange, or repair.
Shipping for Returns:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you are welcome to return your item for a full refund and place a new order for a different item.
